Zen Spa & Hair Studio opened its doors in 2007, and is a beautifully ornate spa situated in a 1940s built house, just off of Main Street in Peace River. It has 3 treatment rooms that provide a full range of Esthetic procedures, Professional Massage, Spa Treatments including Body Wraps and Polishes, and PaRama BodyTalk.
Considered Peace River's unique hidden gem, we are considered a destination spa, and have an Aromatherapy Steam Shower and provide full spa services with a variety of Spa Treatments and Packages to choose from.
Since May 2014 we are happy to announce joining forces with our neighbouring Wing Willness Division of the Wing Dental Center to offer a range of Medi-Spa services, with Dr. Winston Wing as our Medical Director. Wing Dental and Zen Medi Spa now provide Botox Cosmetic (appt. and service provided at Wing Dental. Here at the spa we provide a variety of technologies with our in clinic treatments: Venus Legacy skin tightening and fat reduction and body contouring, Venus Viva (fractional radio frequency) for skin resurfacing, Microneedling and Microneedling Combos for skin resurfacing.
We are a proud representative our medical grade skin care out of South Africa: Environ Medical Grade Skin Care.
We have two chairs in the Hair Studio to accommodate your hair care needs, including Neuma and Eleven Australia hair products and hair tools.
We also have a Perfume Bar and supply luxurious perfume and bath and body products from Alberta-born designer Margot Elena. Margot Elena excels in unique perfume blends with absolutely beautiful packaging and attention to detail. We carry her perfume lines: TokyoMilk Classic, TokyoMilk Dark, TokyoMilk Light, Lollia, Infinite She, Neptune and the Mermaids, and Archive.
Our ZEN SPA team includes owner Wendy Wagner (Medi-Spa Manager and Technician, Registered Massage Therapy, PaRama BodyTalk, Crania-Sacral Therapist), Megan Hawyreluk (Master Hair and Colorist, Cuts, Extensions), Heather Coldwell (Thai Massage, Table Massage, BodyTalk, Astrology, Ancestral Practitioner, Kirstyn Michalchuk (Medi-Spa Technician and Esthetician), and Nikki Walthers (Master Hair and Colorist, Women's Cuts, Balayage, Extensions).
