Learn to Tap Your Cortices
Many times after a BodyTalk session, you will be given ‘homework’, and most often it will be to do your cortices. In the following short video, Dr. John Veltheim, founder of the BodyTalk System, explains why tapping our cortices everyday is important for our health and then goes on to demonstrate how.
Many times, especially with the advanced PaRama formulas, it helps to tap your cortices ‘to the running formula’ for whatever length of time that formula is set to run (e.g. everyday for two weeks). This helps to remind the brain to bring focus and awareness back to this formula. So as you tap your cortices you think with intention to bring brain balancing and focus to that running formula.
